1. Permitted Use

The Software may be used only:

• In accordance with the License Agreement
  
  

2. Prohibited Activities

Licensee shall not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile
  
  

• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute
  
  

• Circumvent security controls
  
  

• Use Software for unlawful purposes
  
  

• Attempt unauthorized system access
  
  

• Introduce malware or harmful code
  
  

3. AI Usage Restrictions

Licensee may not:

• Use outputs for illegal or fraudulent activity
  
  

• Use Software to generate unlawful content
  
  

• Use Software in violation of financial, privacy, or regulatory laws
  
  

Outputs are licensed for internal business use only.

4. Security Compliance

Licensee must:

• Maintain secure access credentials
  
  

• Limit access to authorized users
  
  

• Implement internal data protection measures
  
  

• Maintain backups of critical data
  
  

5. Enforcement

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension
  
  

• Termination for material breach
  
  

• Legal remedies where applicable
